    Due to the personalized nature of our products and the care taken in creating each item, Heart Hug Gifts has a strict return policy.

    • Limited Refunds or Exchanges: Your satisfaction is important to us.  We will assess your request on a case-by-case basis.
    • Damaged Goods: We take pride in the quality of our products. If a product arrives damaged due to a manufacturing error, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt with clear photographic evidence of the damage. Damage may include but is not limited to broken, dented items, flaws in transfers, rips, or tears in materials. We will assess the claim on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion.
    •  Wrong or Incomplete Orders: We strive for perfection in every order. If your order is incorrect or incomplete, please report it to our Orders Department through the Contact section on our Home page  within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. We will resolve the issue as timely as possible.
    • Customer Support: To request a refund or exchange for damaged or incorrect items, please visit our Home page and and choose Contact in the menu. Provide a detailed description of your concern, including order number and clear photos if applicable. We will respond within 24 business hours.
    • Shipping Damage: Heart Hug Gifts is not responsible for damage incurred during shipping and delivery. Customers are advised to file claims with the shipping carrier for any damaged packages.
